Risk Management Services (RMS) serves Georgia state agencies and employees by providing insurance coverage, managing and administering claims to ensure appropriate resolution, cost-effectiveness, identifying loss exposures, and promoting loss control. Through these efforts, RMS assures good stewardship of state funds and the protection of state assets.

Lisa Pratt serves as Director of Risk Management Services. Lisa brings more than twenty-five years of claims and risk management experience in the government sector. As a veteran employee of DOAS, she provides professional knowledge and expertise in the areas of safety, loss prevention, claims mitigation and claims management. She also serves on the WC Appeals Board for the State Insurance Commissioner and the SBWC Chairman’s Advisory Council.
