Taylor Hanson Haley is a founding partner at Compass Law Group in St. Simons Island and serves as president of the Glynn County Bar Association and as treasurer of the Victory Board of the American Cancer Society. She recently completed an appointment to the State Commission on Family Violence. Haley earned a bachelor’s degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and a law degree from the University of Georgia. She and her husband, Reese, have two daughters and reside in St. Simons Island. |

Teresa MacCartney is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Office of Planning and Budget. MacCartney began her career with state government in the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget in 2001, serving as deputy director, director of the education division and the state leader for the Federal Stabilization and Education Jobs programs. She also served as senior policy adviser for budget and government affairs at the Georgia Student Finance Commission and deputy superintendent for Race to the Top implementation. MacCartney earned a bachelor's degree in Science and a master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University. She and her husband, Andrew, have two children and reside in Marietta. |

Jannine Miller is the Executive Director of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority. Miller leads a team of transportation and administrative professionals in operating the Xpress commuter bus service and ensuring short-range transportation infrastructure plans in metro Atlanta provide a return-on-investment for taxpayer dollars. Prior to her appointment to GRTA, Miller was the transportation policy advisor to Governor Sonny Perdue. She also served as a policy and programs consultant for the State Road and Tollway Authority, a transportation finance specialist with a national consulting firm, a senior transportation planner with the Atlanta Regional Commission and a budget and policy analyst for the Office of Planning and Budget. Ms. Miller earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University and is a member of the Transportation Research Board's Taxation and Finance Committee. |
