How do I register for class?

Go to http://doas.rollbook.comLink Open in New Window and put in your Login and Password.

Black Arrow Click on your desired course. Then Click on View Upcoming Sessions to select the date you wish to enroll. Once you have your desired date click enroll.
Can I schedule training at my location?
Yes. Provided that you have at least 10 people and you provide the equipment and requirements necessary for conducting the training class. Each training class has a different requirement.
Who do I contact to schedule training at my location?
Please contact the Professional Development Business Unit to discuss your specific needs for training at your location by sending an email with your request to training@doas.ga.gov.
What are the requirements for having training at my location?
It is necessary that you have a minimum number of 10 students to have a Training Specialist from State Purchasing Division, Professional Development Business Unit come to your location and train your staff. In addition, you must have the necessary facilities and equipment. You must meet the following facility/resource requirements to conduct a class:

Each student should have a computer that has internet connectivity. (The computers should allow the students to access sites outside of your facilities intranet)
Black There should be an overhead projector and a computer for the instructors use
Black A white board or a flip pad
Black Arrow You should provide the Training Coordinator with directions, any necessary parking pass or any logistical information deemed necessary to conduct the class

In addition, there might be the need to pay travel expenses for the instructor.
How do I obtain Certification?
Once you have completed all necessary coursework and associated tests to obtain Basic Procurement, RFP, Procurement Card or Team Georgia Marketplace Certification you will be awarded certification.

How can I view my transcript?
Access the Learning Management System (LMS) and select History from the top menu.

How can I find out if I have passed the necessary tests to obtain certification?
Access the Learning Management System and select History from the top menu. You will see a listing of courses taken and those passed. Any course listed as passed and be counted towards obtaining certification.
What time do training classes begin?
Class generally begins at 9:00 am and is scheduled to 4:00 pm. There are exceptions to this training schedule when the class is outside of 200 Piedmont, West Tower and is at the discretion of the instructor depending on the classes needs.
What if I am unable to attend a course I have registered for?
You should access the Learning Management system and un-enroll. You must un-enroll at least 72 hours prior to the class. Otherwise, your state entity will be charged $30.00 for your "no show."
What happens if I register for a training class and I don't attend it?
Your state entity will be charged $30.00 for your "no show," and you will not be able to attend classes until it is paid.
If I am late for course will I still be able to attend?
All course participants must be in the class no later than fifteen (15) minutes after the course start time. The training room is closed after 15 minutes of the training class start time to avoid disrupting the training class. If you are late for a training class, you will have to enroll in the next session.
If I have to excuse myself during training will I receive credit for the course?
You must be in attendance for 85% of the time. However, if these are deemed disruptions to the training you will be asked to leave and enroll in the next training. If you leave the training prior to 90% of the course being completed you will not receive credit for your attendance.
If I did not receive a certificate from the class how can I get one?
Access the LMS, select the History tab, click on the course, and click on 'Download Your Certificate.'
What if I have difficulty completing the test at the completion of the course?
There will be an instructor present during all testing and will be available to assist you with any issue you may have with accessing or completing the test.

Supplier Orientations and Supplier Seminars are held monthly at the Veterans Memorial Building (Sloppy Floyd Building) in 1816 West Tower.

I am having trouble viewing training videos. What should I do?
If you are having trouble viewing videos, you can contact the Help Desk at procurementhelp@doas.ga.gov or (404) 657-6000. If it is a technical issue with your computer, you will have to contact a service technician in your area.
I live outside of metro-Atlanta. Are there any training sessions in my area?
Training outside of the metro area is scheduled as requested. We endeavor to accommodate all regions in Georgia, so if you have a training request, please send an email to training@doas.ga.gov
Where can I register for training?
You may register online for Supplier Seminars. To register for Supplier Orientation, we request that you register by email at training@doas.ga.gov prior to the seminar date. Include your name, company, and contact information.
