VITAL Insights Operational Documents

​​VITAL Insights user accounts are managed in coordination with our agency fleet coordinators. Below are the procedures for acquiring a VITAL Insights user account. 

  • Work with your fleet coordinator to determine the appropriate need and access for the VITAL Insights application.
  • Have your fleet coordinator complete the VITAL Insights User Application Form and submit it to the Office of Fleet Management.
  • Once the form has been processed, your user account information, along with the link to the VITAL Insights application, will be emailed to the new user.
