Transactions and Benefits Job Aids
The job aids available on this site provide guidance for HR transactions and benefits when employees move between employment with a State Executive Branch agency and County Public Health, a Board of Health Community Operated Program, or a Community Service Board. These aids are intended to support movements without a gap in employment between the losing and receiving employers. They also assume that both employers use the TeamWorks HCM system managed by the State Accounting Office, and that the employee is moving between fully-benefited positions.
