Performance Management Process

​​​​​​​​​​​Performance Management is a part of everything managers do in interacting with employees to accomplish Agency goals and to encourage employee success.  The Performance Management Program (PMP) is the framework for ongoing management practices that promote continuous improvement.

 
Together with managers, employees establish clear expectations, goals, and responsibilities. Employees work to meet expectations through ongoing feedback and coaching from their manager.  Other benefits of the Performance Management Process which may assist with developing and improving performance will include flyers, handouts, postings, recognition, and more.  See documents below.
