Process to Verify Supervisors Managers

​The purpose of this verification process is to review the list of supervisors and managers listed in the DOAS LMS and compare to the list of supervisors and managers in your agency to ensure that DOAS has the correct list of supervisors and managers.

 

This verification process is completed in three steps:

 

STEP 1:  Obtain the list of supervisors and managers from your Agency.

 

STEP 2:  Obtain the list of supervisors and managers currently registered in the DOAS  

                LMS.

 

STEP 3:  Compare the two lists to create two lists of supervisors and managers:

      • Supervisors and Managers to add to the LMS.
      • Supervisors and Managers to remove from the LMS.

 

                Use the steps outlined in How to Match Names in Excel to compare the two

                lists and obtain the name of employees that are in both lists. The document

                provides you with the steps to manipulate the Excel spreadsheets.  If you need
