Dolores Simon-Burgess currently serves as a Procurement Training Specialist with the Department of Administrative Services where she is responsible for teaching Team Georgia Marketplace courses; eProcurement for Buyers and Strategic Sourcing for the State Purchasing Division. She conducts training throughout the state of Georgia to state partners and other government organizations. She has over 20 years' experience as a presenter, creator, staff developer and facilitator in Emergency Preparedness and Response, Human resources, Travel and Procurement training.
Dolores graduated from the University of Phoenix with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Management in Organizational Development with a minor in Human Resources. Mrs. Simon-Burgess possesses certifications in Georgia Certified Emergency Management, an Associate Project Manager and a Georgia Certified Purchasing Associate.
