Surplus Property to Launch New Scheduling App

As the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) Surplus Property Division implements a marketplace facilitator process, plans are underway to also launch a Surplus Scheduler App in April.
To use the app, Surplus Property will send each selling entity contact (where the property is located) a link. The contact will designate the pick-up days and times available for the winning bidder. The winning bidder will then select a mutually-agreed upon appointment. All parties also will be able to list the appointment on their calendars. The result is a much easier process.
The goals are to streamline the scheduling process by reducing the communication time, avoid missed appointments and improve service to all of our customers. As part of the launch, we will make a user guide available.
