To facilitate communication and partnership at the agency level, the Georgia Department of Administrative Services has established the small business liaison role. Each state agency, college, and university, subject to DOAS procurement authority, has designated an existing staff member to serve as the small business liaison who will support DOAS' Small Business and Supplier Diversity Initiative by serving as an information resource for DOAS and the small business community.
