Georgia’s network of programs gives registered companies greater exposure and opportunities for subcontracting with both public officials as well as private suppliers.
Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center: The Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) operates under a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). GTPAC is part of the Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) of Georgia Tech and assists Georgia businesses in identifying, competing for, and winning government contracts.
Small Business Administration/SCORE: SCORE is a resource partner with the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA administers a Congressional grant which provides SCORE with funding. SCORE volunteers provide mentoring and training to entrepreneurs through SBA offices.
Small Business Development Center: The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides tools, training and resources to help small businesses grow and succeed. The SBDC has 17 offices across Georgia to serve the needs of the state's business community. The centers are funded in part by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
