The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) Human Resources Administration Division (HRA) has compiled a comprehensive toolkit to assist agency-level Human Resource Directors and Human Resource Contacts with implementing the Statewide Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy and Investigation Procedures.
