Job Code Catalogs

The job code catalogs identify broad and generic information about each classification that should be used as a reference document for Job Codes, Job Title Names, Job Summary's, Entry Qualifications & Pay Grades in PeopleSoft.

Currently there are (17) job families which summarize a collection of jobs that require common skills, occupational qualifications, licensing & certifications, etc. that typically reflect an industry or a business operation.

These job families capture the majority of job codes housed on the Statewide Salary Plan (SWD) and the Law Enforcement Salary Plan (LAW).
