Georgia believes that an informed public is its best asset! The online training available below explains how human trafficking affects our state and how you can help stop this problem in our communities by identifying red flags and reporting suspected crimes. Upon completing this training you will understand

  • Different types of human trafficking
  • Participant groups involved in human trafficking
  • Key signs of human trafficking
  • How to report human trafficking

The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) Human Resources Administration (HRA) provides voluntary Human Trafficking Awareness Training for Executive Branch employees to support Georgia’s statewide effort. It focuses primarily on child sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation, while recognizing several other forms. A version of this training is also available to the general public here

Awareness training enables employees and others to:

  • Identify signs of human trafficking
  • Respond in cases where they suspect someone is a victim
  • Protect children and others from this horrific crime

Resources are also available below to help promote human trafficking awareness in the workplace and in our communities. These include videos, posters, postcards, FAQs and more.
