We offer four dental plans: three Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan options and one Dental Care (DHMO) plan option.
Cigna administers the dental plan options. There are no waiting periods, and the dental premiums are withheld on a pre-tax basis.
Each plan has different payment schedules and providers. Review the plan designs carefully before deciding which one best fits the needs of you and your family. Your best option may depend on where you live or work, and you should carefully check the availability and network access of dentists.

Orthodontia and dental implant benefits are available under Select Mid and Select Plus Plan options.
Note: You may go to any dentist; however, you’ll usually pay less when visiting a Cigna network dentist. If you visit a non-Cigna dentist, they can balance bill you the difference between Cigna’s amount payable and the dentist charge for services performed.

Must use Cigna DHMO network providers and live or work in metropolitan Atlanta area.
No deductibles or annual benefit maximums.
Orthodontia benefits available for adults and children.
