Process to Verify Supervisors and Managers

This process compares the list of supervisors and managers listed in the DOAS LMS with the list in your agency to ensure that the two sources align. Verification takes 3 steps:

  1. Obtain the list of supervisors and managers from your agency.
  2. Obtain the list of supervisors and managers in the DOAS LMS.
  3. Compare them to create two groups of supervisors and managers:
    • supervisors and managers to add to the LMS.
    • supervisors and managers to remove from the LMS.

Use the steps outlined in How to Match Names in Excel to compare the two lists and obtain the names of employees that they share. If you need help, contact an experienced Excel user within your agency.

4. Use the Add-Remove Multiple Supervisors/Managers form below and submit it with your changes to DOAS LMS  at georgia.learning@doas.ga.gov
