State Telework Policy
 An employee telework program may produce many benefits: increased productivity, better employee recruitment and retention, cost savings, better work/life balance and environmental sustainability. Telework may work well for employees with certain positions and duties, performance expectations and access to a suitable telework location.Â
Our virtual leadership guides for managers and supervisors are available through our Enterprise Learning System. Use them when viewing the Virtual Leadership Training Modules in the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) files found in agency Learning Management Systems (LMS). Â
