After you have been diagnosed with occupational PTSD by a qualified diagnostician, you can then proceed with your request for the lump sum supplemental benefit payment of the Georgia First Responder Program. This includes a series of steps involved in submitting and processing a claim. Submitting a PTSD claim begins as a claim submission under MetLife’s Critical Illness Insurance plan.
