The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) State Purchasing Division (SPD) is excited to announce the 2023 Georgia Procurement Conference (GPC 2023)! Please hold the dates of April 25 - April 27, 2023!
The GPC, the State's largest event for public procurement professionals and our supplier partners, provides an excellent opportunity for state procurement professionals to learn new techniques and best practices directly from state and national industry experts.
Last year's conference attracted more than 1,000 procurement professionals, government attorneys, and supplier attendees, a record 25 percent increase in conference participation over the previous year.

Conference training sessions are designed to strengthen purchasing strategies and drive efficiencies within state organizations.
Participants will have many opportunities to attend sessions for re-certification credits.
GPC offers opportunities to engage and network with DOAS purchasing officers, state suppliers and fellow purchasing professionals from across the state.
The Supplier Expo
The Supplier Expo is one of the highlights of the conference. GPC 2023 will provide suppliers with training workshops and networking opportunities to meet and market their offerings to State buyers from more than 140 state agencies, colleges and universities of the Board of Regents and the Technical College System of Georgia, along with buyers from local governments and municipalities, and category managers from the DOAS State Purchasing Division.
