Exhibitors

GPC 2023 will provide suppliers that exhibit with training workshops and networking opportunities to market their goods and services to buyers from more than 140 state agencies, colleges, and universities of the Board of Regents and the Technical College System of Georgia, along with buyers from local governments and municipalities and category managers from the DOAS State Purchasing Division.  

An Exhibitor must purchase a booth to participate in the GPC 2023 EXPO. Booth selection will be completed once registration and payment have been processed and received. Space is limited, and slots are filled on a first-come, first-served paid basis.

Expo Hours

Tuesday April 25: 3 – 5:30 p.m.   
Wednesday April 26: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 

Exhibitor Requirements

  • Exhibitors must be registered and have a company booth to participate in all EXPO events and activities.
  • Exhibitors must wear their exhibitor badges for admission to all events.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to attend the training sessions designated for government procurement and executive leadership attendees. 
  • Review the Jekyll Island Convention Center Vendor Guidelines 

NOTE:  After March 31, 2023, we will be unable to process requests for additional exhibitors. Only those individuals registered and paid for by March 31, 2023, will be able to participate in the GPC EXPO.

Booth Reminders

  • There is a limit of four exhibitors per booth. 
  • Additional exhibit enhancements – available through PRX.
  • Electrical power is contracted with the convention center. Complete the submit the JICC Electrical & Utility Service form.
  • Additional Leads Mobile App – available through Engineerica (est. at $150 per device).
  • Canopy or tents for outside vehicle booths - are allowed and must be installed consistent with conference center specifications.

Monday, April 24
2 p.m.: Training Sessions begin
4 - 6 p.m.: Booth Setup/Registration 

Tuesday, April 25
7 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Booth Setup/Registration
3 – 5:30 p.m.: Expo Open
5:45 p.m.: Procurement/ Pipeline Discussion with State Purchasing
7 – 8:30 p.m.: Meet and Greet with SPD Staff / Jekyll Island Convention

Wednesday, April 26
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Expo Open
5:15 – 6:30 p.m.: Networking Reception and booth prize giveaways / Jekyll Island Convention Center

Thursday, April 27
7 a.m. – noon: Booth Breakdown
