Enterprise Learning

Supporting the professional development of Georgia's state workforce

The Office of Enterprise Learning supports the professional development of Georgia’s state workforce by managing and expanding the GA@WORK Learning Management System (LMS). We serve as a collaborative hub where state learning and human resource professionals can share knowledge, enhance skills, and strengthen statewide learning standards.

The Office of Enterprise Learning, in collaboration with the State Accounting Office (SAO), shepherds the development, training, and implementation of the GA@WORK LMS. Furthermore, the Office of Enterprise Learning provides relevant GA@WORK LMS updates through the offices’ Georgia Enterprise Learning Community.

Georgia Enterprise Learning Community

The goal of the Georgia Enterprise Learning Community is to implement all state agencies into GA@WORK Learning along with Learning Governance to provide valuable input, feedback and content for learning professionals. The Learning Community also functions to promote resource sharing and professional development opportunities and foster community members’ learning development.

Learning Governance is a board formed to define the processes to support the implementation for all state agencies, set guidelines, resources and make decisions related to GA@WORK Learning. Learning Governance also determines recommendations to provide to the HCM Change Control Board and makes potential timeline determinations based on feedback from the Learning Community.

The Georgia Enterprise Learning Community also provides a variety of valuable resources to members including, but not limited to:

  • A monthly newsletter with updates on the GA@WORK system and access to resources.

  • Monthly meetings among members to provide feedback on the GA@WORK system and the ability to ask questions regarding GA@WORK Learning.

  • Opportunities to connect and network among peers.

  • Resource sharing and professional development opportunities.

We encourage all interested Human Resource (HR) and Training professionals to join our Enterprise Learning Community, which was created to provide an environment for you to hear direct updates on the GA@WORK Learning Management System (LMS) and provide feedback and input on training content. Through this community, we are building a peer-to-peer network that will allow you to reach out to others for assistance and guidance on the GA@WORK LMS and to share training practices and resources. Thank you to all who are working to improve and share our statewide training resources.
