Welcome to GA@WORK Procurement
GA@WORK will replace the current PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance systems with a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The NextGen project, which is leading the GA@WORK implementation, will benefit State of Georgia entities, employees, suppliers and contractors.
GA@WORK will go live on July 1, 2026.
Some of the benefits of the new, cloud-based system include:
- Faster, user-friendly interfaces
- Real-time data analytics reporting
- Streamlined workflows
- Paperless approvals
As we get closer to going live, more information will be provided to help you prepare and train for the transition to the new system.
