HR and Risk Coordinator Reporting and Resources
State entities human resources directors and risk coordinators play an important role in enacting HB 451 legislative requirements by reviewing your agency's job descriptions and duties, identifying job categories and employees who would qualify for this benefit, and then providing DOAS Risk Management Services a summary count with the number of employees within each job code.
Please also note that after you have reviewed your job descriptions and duties and find you do not have any employees in your organization who qualify for the benefit, you must submit a communication attesting that you have no responsive job codes.
DOAS will consolidate the data received from state entities and provide census information with initial headcount reporting to the insurance carrier, and ongoing twice-yearly reporting of eligible state employees.
