Flexible Benefits Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2026 will be held October 20, 2025 at 1:00 a.m. ET  – November 8, 2025 at 12:59 a.m. .  The DOAS website has flexible benefits information for agency coordinators and state employees.  There you will find coordinator tools and resources and all open enrollment and benefits information for employees, including the You Decide enrollment booklet, What’s New brochure, Benefits-at-a-Glance comparison rate sheet, and FAQs. Visit team.georgia.gov for links to the state health and flexible benefits enrollment portals.
