WHAT IS IT?
GA@WORK will replace the current PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance systems with a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.

The NextGen project, which is leading the GA@WORK implementation, will benefit State of Georgia entities, employees, suppliers and contractors.

HOW WILL IT AFFECT ME?
The tasks you complete today in the TeamWorks / PeopleSoft system will be completed in the GA@WORK system in the future. Some of the benefits of the new, cloud-based system include:

• Faster, user-friendly interfaces
• Real-time data analytics reporting
• Streamlined workflows
• Paperless approvals

WHEN WILL IT GO LIVE?
GA@WORK will go live on July 1, 2026.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The GA@WORK system is currently being configured to optimize the business needs of 200+ state entities. As we get closer to the Go-Live dates, we will send more information and help you prepare and train for the transition to the new system.
