State of Georgia Suspended and Debarred Suppliers
The DOAS State Purchasing Division (SPD) may suspend or debar individuals or companies from doing business with the state of Georgia. The Georgia Procurement Manual further describes this process in Section 7.7.4. Suspension and Debarment. The Suspended and Debarred Suppliers list in the related documents section below, includes a list of suppliers who have been debarred or suspended from receiving contracts with the state. If the document contains no suppliers, then none are currently suspended or debarred.
Federal Excluded Parties
The list of parties excluded from receiving federal government contracts is maintained by the General Services Administration (GSA) through the System for Award Management. Parties on this list are excluded from receiving contracts, certain subcontracts, and certain Federal financial and nonfinancial assistance and benefits, pursuant to federal rules.
