About GA@WORK:
GA@WORK will replace the current PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance systems with a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning System. The NextGen project, leading the GA@WORK implementation, will benefit State of Georgia entities, employees, suppliers, and contractors. Click here to learn more.

GA@WORK is being deployed in two waves:

• The go-live date for GA@WORK Wave 1 Human Capital Management and Payroll is April 1, 2025.
• The go-live date for the GA@WORK Wave 2 Finance and Procurement is October 1, 2025.

This system transition from TeamWorks to GA@WORK will affect procurement day-to-day operations. Below are the cutoff dates when an entity can no longer post a new sourcing event in TeamWorks:

• Request for Proposal (RFP) – 4/1/2025
• Request for Quote (RFQ) – 7/1/2025
• Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) – 7/1/2025
• Request for Information (RFI) – 7/1/2025
  
  To best identify how this will affect your upcoming procurement activities, plan ahead, and support your entity through the system transition by downloading and completing the State Entity Sourcing & Contract Pipeline Workbook and email it to agency.sourcing@doas.ga.gov by December 2, 2024.
