Start by contacting your internal Agency Support Team, consulting your agency’s GA@WORK Super Users, or reviewing resources available on the GA@WORK Support Portal and the GA@WORK Procurement website.  

 If you still need assistance, refer to the Customer Service Center. For procurement inquiries, email ProcurementHelp@doas.ga.gov, submit a question, or use live chat.

 Note: The GA@WORK Support Portal is only available to users who have HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement roles in GA@WORK.  If new administrative/functional users need immediate portal access, please email gaatwork_support_portal@sao.ga.gov.  

GA@WORK Support Process  

To ensure questions and issues are addressed efficiently, please follow the established- support process before contacting the NextGen Project Team:  

 1. Review the GA@WORK Support Portal (Tier 0) 

• Search FAQs, job aids, training materials, and instructional videos for guidance on common questions and processes. 

• Access the GA@WORK Support Portal 

2. Contact Your Agency Super User (Tier 0) 

• Agency Super Users are the first point of contact for functional and process-related questions. 

• Use the Agency Resource Lookup Tool 

3. Submit a Support Ticket (Tier 1) 

• If your issue cannot be resolved using the resources above, submit a support ticket:
