Employee Resources

The GA@WORK Support Portal is the primary support resource for users with administrative or functional roles.

Start by reaching out to your internal Agency Support Team, consulting your agency’s GA@WORK Super Users, or checking the GA@WORK Support Portal resources.
Step 1: Review GA@WORK Support Portal (Tier 0)
Start by reviewing resources available through:

- GA@WORK Support Portal
- Job Aids
- Training materials
- Instructional videos
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Access the GA@WORK Support Portal
Step 2: Contact Your Agency Support Team or Super User (Tier 0)
Agency Support Teams and Super Users are your first point of contact.
They can:
- Answer functional and process-related questions
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Direct you to available resources
- Escalate issues when necessary
Super Users are certified GA@WORK experts and a great resource for system-related questions.
Note: Some agencies do not have designated Super Users

Step 3: Submit a Support Request (Tier 1)
If your issue cannot be resolved through available resources or your agency’s support contacts, submit a support request.
