Employee Benefit Plan Council Rules

The Employee Benefit Plan Council is a ten-member body appointed by the Governor, responsible for establishing, maintaining, and regulating a flexible benefit plan for state employees.  The Council holds authority over plan components, modifications, and the adoption of regulations to manage the Flexible Benefits Program.
