Learn what defines a Super User and how to identify them within your organization. You'll hear from some of our Super Users as they share their strategies for providing team support.

Additionally, we will explore our GA@WORK training FAQs for valuable insights and provide a brief demonstration on how to complete the Learning Help form to enhance your learning experience. If you need assistance with scheduling or registering for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, we are here to help!

 Finally, ensure that you have the correct security role mapping. We’ll also discuss what to do if you believe you have been enrolled in the wrong course.
