The Flexible Benefits Program also allows you to save on taxes while you pay for your benefits. Your taxable income is reduced because certain benefit plan options, such as dental, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, flexible spending accounts contributions and at your discretion, employee life insurance, are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
