New supervisors and managers with direct reports must complete training within 30 days of being hired or promoted to a supervisory or managerial position.
All current supervisors and managers must complete the training within the fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th).
Sexual Harassment Training for Supervisors and Managers is designed for supervisors and managers with direct reports. It contains six modules that focus on identifying and preventing sexual harassment and properly responding to allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation. It also stresses the importance of creating safe, respectful environments for employees and others.
